Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on aovory.com/ without permission, send a notice that includes:
- Your signature (physical or electronic), or that of someone authorized to act for you;
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
- The specific URL(s) on aovory.com/ where the infringing material appears;
- Your contact details — address, phone number, and email;
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you’re authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Filing a Counter-Notice
If you think content was taken down by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your signature;
- What was removed and where it used to be located;
- A good-faith statement, under penalty of perjury, that removal was a mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
Repeat Offenders
We may remove content, and restrict access for, users who repeatedly infringe on others’ copyrights.
A Note on False Claims
Filing a knowingly false takedown or counter-notice can carry legal consequences under applicable law.
